Commencing as just a barely feasible project, FAL Construction took full advantage of its vast knowledge base to significantly maximise the development potential.
The development yield was increased from 78 units to 144 units through a series of design efficiencies which impressively exceeded our client’s expectations. The project commenced late 2013, with FAL Construction staying involved as Project Mangers for the entire development process.
