The celebrated St Marys Band Club awarded FAL Construction the contract to undertake a significant refurbishment of internal and external facilities. The club requested to remain operational at all times which required a great deal of planning, stakeholder communication and flexibility in programming to successfully achieve.
Works included an extension to the existing club building, first floor, western carpark, eastern terrace extensions and a complete internal refurbishment breathing a new and vibrant life into the iconic establishment.
