FAL Construction undertook a full refurbishment of an old heritage building as well as a large extension, benchmarking this hotel as a supreme example of FAL Construction’s capability of integrating the glorious blend of new and old whilst maintaining the highest of quality and design ingenuity.
All design and construction works were successfully completed in conjunction with the project management division of Lend Lease. The basement level consists of a full preparation kitchen, cool rooms and storage areas. Ground floor comprises of a shaded beer garden, platinum TAB, bar, bottleshop and gaming areas. The kitchen, bar and large dining area can be found on the top floor, together with a stunning outdoor balcony paying homage to the unique building heritage.
